Job Description

We are looking for software engineers with a solid Go/SQL/Python background to join our engineering team to build our data infrastructure. You will have the rare opportunity to build resilient and scalable machine learning products from scratch, together with other talented engineers, to achieve equity in health for all people worldwide via cutting-edge ML algorithms.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance, robust, scalable data pipeline to drive faster analytics and support the operations of the machine learning models in production.
• Working with data scientists to create and improve machine learning pipelines:
  • Pipeline for training, prediction & scoring
  • Monitoring & quality assurance
• Attention to detail and effective verbal/written communication skills. Teamwork is essential.

Currently, our work interest encompasses the following fields:

• Time-to-event prediction
• Reinforcement learning
• Restless bandits
• Time series forecasting
• Recommendation systems
• Generative AI
• Causal Inference

Key Qualifications

• BSc/BEng degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields; or equivalent technical proficiency
• Solid coding skills in Python / SQL / Golang (not all required)
